Kang Daniel (강다니엘) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, actor and businessman who rose to fame in early 2017 as the winner of the second season of the reality competition series Produce 101.

He is a former member of the series' offspring boy band Wanna One and is currently a solo artist. After the end of the group Wanna One, Kang took a six-month sabbatical from the entertainment industry and took up management of his career. In mid-2019, he released his debut solo (EP) Color on Me, which was a commercial success and topped the South Korean Gaon Albums chart. His subsequent works from his color series, titled Cyan (2020) and Magenta (2020), also topped the Gaon album chart, with the title track of the first album earning Kang his first domestic top ten single. His success as a solo artist continued as the single "Paranoia" made him his first top five single in Korea and his first solo appearance on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart. He then released the third and final chapter in his "color trilogy", Yellow (2021), which topped the Gaon Albums Chart and featured his first domestic number one single entitled "Antidote".

In addition to his music career, Kang Daniel has also appeared as the host of Mnet's Street Woman Fighter (2021) and spin-off show Street Dance Girls Fighter (2021), and made his acting debut in the Disney+ Star Original Series Rookie Cops (2022). His other ventures include starting an independent entertainment company called Konnect Entertainment to manage his own career, which now manages other artists alongside him.
